Go to Users in your company panel and create accounts for each team member who makes business calls.

Roles and Permissions

Assign appropriate roles — managers see all team data, while reps see their assigned leads and own call history.

Subscription and Features

Select the features your team needs (call monitoring, lead management, call recording) and the number of employees on your subscription plan.
