Navigating the Mobile App

The Callytix Android app allows you to track and manage your business calls, view real-time performance analytics, and log call outcomes immediately after each call ends.

1. Home Screen (Call History logs)

The Home screen lists all recent call logs. From this view, you can:

  • Filter logs using the Call History Duration and Calling Type dropdowns.

  • Tap "+ Tap here to add notes" under any call log to type and sync notes instantly.

  • Use the action bar icons to add the caller as a contact, trigger a callback, initiate a WhatsApp message, copy the number, schedule a follow-up, or view more options.

  • Open your contact directory or dialer keypad using the blue floating action buttons.

2. Mobile Analytics Dashboard

Navigate to the Analytics tab at the bottom to view your personal performance scorecard:

  • Summary: Monitor card metrics including Total Phone Calls, Total Incoming/Outgoing split, Missed Calls, Rejected Calls, Never Attended calls, Not Pickup by Client, Unique Calls, Unique Connected, and Connected Calls.

  • Analysis: View hourly talk-time graphs and trend comparisons to optimize your calling schedule.

3. Post-Call Prompt Workflows (Dynamic After-Call Flows)

When you end a call, the app displays interactive dialog prompts to log call details and capture next steps. These forms and questions are completely dynamic and represent the After-Call Flows configured by your company administrator on the web dashboard. For example, based on your team's setup, the app might display:

  • Call Connection Outcome: Asking if the call was successfully connected (e.g., "Was the call connected?" dialog with Yes/No buttons).

  • Follow-Up Requirements: Determining if a callback reminder needs to be scheduled (e.g., "Is a follow-up needed?" dialog with Yes/No buttons).

  • Flow Completion: Once the dynamic workflow steps are completed, the app displays "All done! Your call has been logged. Press next to continue." and securely syncs the captured answers to the cloud dashboard.
