If calls are not appearing on the dashboard, check these common causes.
Permissions
Ensure the app has call log and phone permissions. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Callytix → Permissions and enable all required permissions.
Internet Connection
The app needs internet to sync. Check that the device has active mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Active Subscription
Call syncing requires an active subscription or trial. Expired subscriptions pause syncing.
App Running
The app should run in the background. Disable battery optimisation for Callytix on the device if sync is delayed.
