Setting Up After-Call Workflows

After-call workflows ensure reps capture call outcomes consistently.

Create a Flow

From the company panel, navigate to After-Call Flows and create a new workflow. Add steps with the fields you need — dropdowns, text, notes, etc.

Assign to Team

Activate the workflow for your team. After each call, the form appears on the rep's phone.

Review Submissions

Managers review submitted data on the dashboard, linked to the call log and lead record.
